• Does not require internet connectivity to function
• Does not require user accounts or registration
• Is provided free of charge

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of The SemFolder, you are responsible for:

• Data Backup: Backing up your data regularly. We recommend using your device's backup features to prevent data loss.
• Device Security: Securing your device with appropriate passwords, encryption, and security measures.
• Content: All content you create, upload, or store in the App. You retain full ownership and responsibility for your data.
• Lawful Use: Using the App in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Prohibited Uses

• ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY

We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Any loss of data, files, or content
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Any damages arising from your use or inability to use the App
• Any damages resulting from unauthorized access to your device or data

Your use of The SemFolder is at your own risk. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your important data.
